In addition to his role in “Jurassic World 4,” Bailey has also been cast in the third season of “Heartstopper,” where he will be playing academic Jack Maddox. The actor expressed his excitement about joining the popular series, praising its impact on viewers and the representation it offers to the LGBTQ+ community.
“Like so many people, I watched the first [season] and thought it was one of the biggest, most beautiful gifts to so many people, and I wish I had that growing up,” Bailey told Variety. He emphasized how “Heartstopper” has changed the way people can grow and communicate about their identities, not just for the LGBTQ+ community but for all individuals with LGBTQ+ family members.
With a growing list of exciting projects on the horizon, including “Jurassic World 4” and “Heartstopper,” Jonathan Bailey’s career is certainly on an upward trajectory. Fans can look forward to seeing him in action when “Jurassic World 4” hits theaters on July 2, 2025.
